Our story begins in September 2016 in the historic part of Kyiv – Podil. Our concept is to create friendly relationships with guests so that everyone feels like a part of the Casa Nori family in a friendly but professional and competent atmosphere. CASA NORI is not only a place to meet, but also a place where you can feel the harmony of tastes and flavors. On the second floor there is an open kitchen, where you can watch your meal being prepared – without any secrets. Our dishes are the traditional specialties of Veneto and Venice and, of course, family recipes that Andrea is proud to cook for his guests. CASA NORI – the first genuine authentic Cicchetteria Veneziana in Ukraine – offers a wide selection of wines, Cicchetti (small appetizers with meat, fish, cheese and vegetables), traditional dishes and new interpretations by Andrea Nori. Our Italian evenings are accompanied by the capital's top musicians' live performances.
We prepare our food with a thorough selection of products. Therefore, most of them are of Italian origin and are delivered directly to CASA NORI. For example: white asparagus from Bassano, or purple artichoke from a Venetian lagoon. We take pride in our Torcio manual press, which we use to prepare pasta in front of our guests. Torchio is one of the first machines for dough processing, invented as early as the 17th century. But the real “Queen of the Kitchen” in CASA NORI is the virgin olive oil from the hills of Verona, Andrea's home town.
